Flowbaked ("we", "us", "our") is a Kuwait-based artisan bakery creating flower-inspired confections. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to share when you reach out — typically your name, contact details (such as your phone, WhatsApp number or Instagram handle), delivery details, and the details of the order you'd like to place. This website does not require you to create an account.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare and fulfil your orders.
• To arrange delivery or collection of your order.
• To send order-related updates and, only if you've asked us to, occasional news about new creations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to fulfil your order — for example, with a delivery provider — or where required by law.

Social media and the Pinterest integration

Flowbaked operates its own social media accounts, including a Pinterest business account, and uses an internal tool to publish its own content (photos and videos of our products) to those accounts. This tool connects to Pinterest through Pinterest's official API using a secure authorization (OAuth) flow that we, as the account owner, grant to ourselves.

This integration is used only to publish Flowbaked's own posts to Flowbaked's own Pinterest account. It does not collect, store, or process the personal data of any Pinterest user, and we do not access or retain information about other people's accounts. The credentials used to connect to Pinterest are stored securely and used solely to publish our own content. Our use of the Pinterest API complies with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Data retention

We keep order and contact information only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is removed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
